Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment activities, including work pass screening, applications, worker onboarding, and employment documentation.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Liaise with internal and external parties on recruitment-related matters.
Arrange the arrival, onboarding, and departure of foreign workers.
Maintain and update recruitment records and internal databases.
Perform general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Company.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferably with recruitment or administrative experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with a valid CEI Certificate will be an added advantage.
Experience in email marketing or CRM/database management will be an added advantage.
