We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Intern to support our factory operations and help us transition to a new company-wide software system (SAP). This internship offers excellent practical exposure to modern factory operations, production data management, and how a major manufacturing business runs behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize & Clean Data: Review, check, and update our production and manufacturing data to ensure everything in our new system is accurate.
- Excel Management: Prepare and update Excel templates to help move our operational data into the new system.
- System Updates: Enter daily production information into the system and help keep records up to date.
- Factory Alignment: Work with the Factory Manager to make sure what is recorded in the system matches what is actually happening on the production floor.
- System Testing: Help test the new system before it officially launches to ensure everything works smoothly.
- Process Documentation: Help write down simple work instructions, guides, and standard procedures for the team.
- Team Support: Assist with everyday factory operations and team tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills (comfortable using functions like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and sorting data).
- Comfortable handling large amounts of information and performing routine tasks with high accuracy.
- Happy to work closely with shopfloor data and factory teams.
- Great attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Clear communication skills and comfortable asking questions when unsure.
