Requirements
- At least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing payment schedules, bank reconciliations, and basic financial reports.
- Support invoice processing, document filing, and financial record management.
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers and finance-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of financial and administrative records.
- Perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
