Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compliance Analyst to support the organization's compliance program by monitoring regulatory requirements, evaluating compliance risks, and assisting in the implementation of effective compliance controls. This role plays an important part in ensuring that business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for conducting compliance reviews, performing risk assessments, monitoring regulatory developments, and maintaining accurate compliance documentation. The role will assist in analyzing business processes to identify potential compliance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support the implementation of process improvements that strengthen the organization's compliance framework.

Key responsibilities include preparing compliance reports and dashboards, maintaining compliance records, supporting internal audits and regulatory examinations, reviewing policies and procedures, and tracking remediation activities. The Compliance Analyst will also assist in compliance monitoring programs, support regulatory reporting requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of compliance standards across the organization.

The role will contribute to compliance training initiatives, assist in investigating potential compliance issues, and help evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls through ongoing monitoring and analysis. The Compliance Analyst is expected to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and support continuous improvement efforts that enhance governance, risk management, and compliance processes.

This position requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Governance is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of compliance principles, regulatory requirements, corporate governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
  • Familiarity with compliance monitoring, regulatory research, policy review, audit support, and documentation management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with compliance management systems, governance platforms, data analysis tools, or document management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and prepare clear and accurate reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and process improvement.
