Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily e-commerce operations across platforms (e.g. product uploads, pricing updates, inventory checks)
- Upload and update product listings while monitoring stock levels, pricing, and product availability
- Monitor and process incoming orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfilment
- Assist in order handling, confirmation, tracking, and follow-up on order status with internal teams
- Support customer inquiries via chat/email/comments in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with operations, drivers, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support after-sales issues including returns, exchanges, and customer complaints
- Assist in preparing promotional content and campaign materials
- Collect sales data and track basic performance metrics (orders, issues, feedback)
- Monitor market and competitor trends to support business improvements
- Compile customer feedback and identify common customer issues
