 Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Draft job descriptions, post vacancies on job boards, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate orientation schedules, prepare onboarding packets, and maintain exit interview records.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain physical and digital employee databases, ensuring complete confidentiality.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and internal communication initiatives.
  • General Administration: Process HR-related paperwork, track attendance, and respond to general staff inquiries.
