Join Our Team as a Carnival & Event Crew!
Looking for an exciting opportunity this school holiday season? Be part of a vibrant team that brings unforgettable experiences to life! We are seeking energetic, friendly, and responsible individuals to join us as Carnival & Event Crew for a 7-week event program.
Work Schedule
Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Dates:
Orientation & Training Orientation (Online Compulsory)
12 June 2026
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
On-site Orientation & Customer Service Briefing (Onsite Compulsory)
13 June 2026
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Event Days For Event Crew:
Setup Day: 13 June 2026
Event Program: Mondays to Fridays, 15 June to 31 July
Event Days for Carnival Crew:
Weekly Carnival Event Days Every Friday, 19 June to 31 July.
Work Schedule: 11.30am to 3.30pm
What You'll Do
️ Assist with registration, check-in, and guest reception
Support daily event and carnival operations, including setup and teardown
Prepare and manage activity spaces, games, equipment, and event materials
Guide participants between activity zones and assist with crowd management
Provide on-ground support to facilitators, vendors, and fellow crew members
Assist parents and visitors with enquiries and event information
️ Help ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests
Take initiative to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly
Contribute to creating an exciting, fun-filled carnival experience every week
