We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our back-of-house operations, ensuring that our culinary team has clean tools and our guests have spotless tableware. Key Responsibilities

• Wash & Sanitize: Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using both a commercial dishwashing machine and manual two-compartment sinks.

• Maintain Organization: Safely and efficiently sort, stack, and return clean dishes and utensils to their proper storage areas.

• Kitchen Cleanliness: Sweep and mop kitchen floors, wipe down countertops, and clean food preparation areas as needed.

• Waste Management: Empty kitchen trash cans, replace liners, and properly break down boxes for recycling.

• Chemical Safety: Safely handle and stock chemical cleaning supplies according to restaurant safety standards.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: No prior experience required; we are happy to train anyone with the right attitude. (Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus).

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and move quickly for long periods (typically 6–8 hour shifts)

• Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure during peak dining rushes.

• Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Teamwork: A positive attitude and the ability to communicate well with both kitchen and front-of-house staff.
