Job Summary

Are you a Computer Science or IT student looking to gain real hands-on experience? Join our IT Operations team and learn from experienced professionals while working on real IT support and infrastructure tasks.

This internship is perfect for students who enjoy troubleshooting, working with computer hardware, and learning about day-to-day IT operations in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices for employees.
• Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Repair or replace faulty computer components when required.
• Check and maintain computer hardware to ensure proper functionality.
• Keep records of repairs, maintenance, and IT inventory.
• Assist with other IT operational tasks assigned by the IT Manager or Head of Department.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Able to format and install Windows on PCs/laptops.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work at Excella Business Park, Ampang.
