Job Summary

The Production Intern will assist the Production team with daily operations and gain hands-on experience in garment manufacturing. The intern will learn about the production process, from preparing materials to monitoring production and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production activities.
• Support the production team in preparing materials and checking production readiness.
• Help monitor production progress and update production records.
• Learn and observe the garment manufacturing process.
• Assist in checking product quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Help maintain production documents and reports.
• Work closely with the Production, Quality Control (QC) and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in factory visits or production inspections when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, Garment Production, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of garment or textile manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Eager to learn and work in a production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to take initiative.
