REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in retail and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Previous retail or internship experience is a plus (but not required).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the planning and execution of retail development strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze store performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Support in store layout and design planning, ensuring alignment with brand identity and customer experience.
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis to help shape future retail initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of new retail concepts and expansion strategies.
• Coordinate and assist with cross-functional projects, including supply chain, merchandising, and marketing.
• Assist in the development and implementation of store performance reports.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
