Accounting Intern

Location: Taman Melati, Kuala Lumpur
Allowance: Provided
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording financial transactions in the accounting system (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & General Ledger).
• Support invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer payment verification.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and gathering data for financial analysis.
• Support budget management and basic cash flow monitoring.
• Organize and maintain financial documents for audit and record-keeping purposes.
• Prepare basic reports such as outstanding payment lists and expense summaries.
• Provide administrative support for daily finance and accounting operations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
