We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate HR Intern to perform various HR administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities!
HR Intern Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with HR operations-related activities like onboarding, documentation, transfers, offboarding, etc.
- Support internal HR/Admin SOP documentation
- Updating and maintenance of HR records with new hire information, employee records and other HR operational tasks.
- Assist in coordinating interview arrangements.
- Involvement in Interview Sessions.
- Assist in preparing resume.
- Assist in phone answering.
- Posting of job advertisements.
- Assist in Resume Search.
- Extend Job offer to candidates.
- Provide support to HR team members at any ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be pursuing/have a degree Human Resources, Business Studies, Pyschology, Marketing or any equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Able to communicate well with all level of people
- Candidate from Selangor/KL can stop at LRT – Asia Jaya Station
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
