Are you someone who thrives on keeping things organized and running smoothly? As an Operations Intern, you'll be the backbone of our stock management and delivery processes at our headquarters in Plaza Low Yat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and prioritize stock requests from all branches based on urgency and availability.
• Maintain a tidy and well-organized warehouse.
• Perform daily stock checks to ensure system accuracy.
• Receive incoming stock, verifying quantities and conditions against our system (Wavelet).
• Coordinate Lalamove deliveries to branches, ensuring every item is correct and nothing is missing or wrong.
• Complete all stock transfers on the same day.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies immediately to maintain our zero-error dispatch standard.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Basic familiarity with inventory processes
• Diploma or Degree in any related field (ongoing)

Pay: RM600.00 per month
