Job Summary
The Support Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving operational excellence across the Company's Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, retail technology support services, business development initiatives, projects, and events. The role combines operational leadership, customer service management, business expansion, and revenue generation responsibilities while ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. F&B Operations Management
- Lead and oversee the operations of Mantap Operations and Singgah Operations.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, service quality, food safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Supervise and coordinate operational teams, including F&B interns and kitchen personnel.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support outlet expansion and operational scalability.
2. Retail Technology & Support Services
- Manage the Call Centre and Helpdesk functions for RTV products and services.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer enquiries, technical issues, and service requests.
- Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and support team performance.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to maintain service excellence.
3. Business Development & Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for F&B and related services.
- Develop partnerships, sponsorships, and investment opportunities.
- Drive outlet expansion, licensing opportunities, and central kitchen development initiatives.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and investment documentation.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and investors.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and hospitality standards.
- Address escalated client concerns and implement corrective actions where necessary.
5. Projects & Events Management
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company projects and events.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Support business events, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities.
6. Retail TV (RTV) Operations
- Champion and oversee RTV product operations.
- Coordinate operational activities, service delivery, and system performance.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and service expansion.
- Ensure alignment between operational objectives and business goals.

Food & Beverage Operations
- Achieve monthly Mantap sales targets.
- Support expansion initiatives, including new licensing opportunities and central kitchen development.
- Secure investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Projects & Events
- Successfully secure and deliver event projects in accordance with annual business objectives.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.
RTV Operations
- Maintain operational efficiency and service quality standards.
- Drive customer retention, business growth, and service expansion.
- Ensure effective management, coordination, control, and development of RTV operations.
