The role


  • Partner & Sales Coordination
  • Support account managers with partner follow-ups and communications
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, sales pipeline updates, and partner information
  • Coordinate internal communications between sales, presales, operations, and partners
  • Assist in partner onboarding and account support processes
  • Subscription Renewal Management
  • Monitor Microsoft subscription renewal schedules and timelines
  • Send renewal reminders and conduct follow-ups with PAMs
  • Track renewal progress and maintain accurate renewal records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely renewal processing
  • Reporting & Business Operations
  • Support sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities
  • Assist in analyzing sales trends, renewal performance, and partner engagement metrics
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for internal business reviews
  • Support data cleanup and process improvement initiatives
  • Marketing & Partner Engagement
  • Support partner campaigns, webinars, and marketing activities
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and engagement reports
  • Coordinate and support internal or partner-facing webinars
  • Track post-event engagement and follow-ups with partners and PAM
  • Continuous Improvement Support
  • Participate in projects to improve partner engagement and operational efficiency
  • Assist in workflow documentation and process optimization initiatives
  • Create and maintain internal and external documentation to support business operations

What we need to see from you


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration
  • Excellent written & verbal skills.
  • 0-1 year’s experience
  • Proficiency/knowledge of MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat
