Responsibilities

Responsibility

  • Creative Execution: Assist in the design and production of assets for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), website banners, and printable materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns strictly with our brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate and work along with marketing to develop visual concepts for upcoming product launches, events, and seasonal promotions.
  • Multimedia Assistance: Support the team with basic photo editing, retouching, and potentially simple motion graphics or video subtitling for social content.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and files are organized correctly for archival.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on current design trends, brand identity and competitor visual strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.

Experience & Skill Requirement

  • Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Commitment: Minimum 3-months availability; preference will be given to candidates who can commit up to 6 months.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong foundational skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Canva. Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is a plus.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio of work (student projects or freelance) demonstrating a clean aesthetic and a good eye for typography and layout.

Soft Skills:

  • A proactive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills to explain creative choices.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs quickly.
