Job Description:

• Learn ESI-COMM team structure, job scope, roles, and ISMS processes (ISO/IEC 27001).
• Understand change management, capacity planning, and IT awareness processes.
• Gain site awareness of data centers, wiring centers, and network devices (e.g., switches, firewalls, load balancers, PABX systems, internet links).
• Perform daily system checks, assist in cabling work, equipment collection, dispatch, repair, and inventory tracking.
• Support team members in incident reporting, supplier follow-ups, and daily/monthly ISMS tasks.
• Handle basic troubleshooting and user support cases across departments.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networking/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Wisma Genting (KL).
• Internship period must be 3 months and above.
• Possess CGPA 3.0 and above

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
