Main Tasks:
- Support ongoing projects and daily operations within your assigned department
- Assist in research, data gathering, and analysis to support business decisions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, or customer outcomes
- Ensure compliance with BASF’s safety, quality, and operational standards
Requirements:
- Able to commit a 6-month internship
- Students of bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resource, Business Administration or any related disciplines
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and sustainability
- A good team player with high level of maturity and independence
