Position: Motion & Graphic Design
Reporting to: Head of Brand Marketing
Type: Internship
Working Arrangement: Onsite | Standard Office Hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in producing motion graphics and visual content for marketing, recruitment, and internal communication materials
• Support creative development for campaigns executed across Malaysia and global offices.
• Contribute to basic animation, video editing, and visual storytelling tasks under guidance.
• Apply established brand guidelines consistently across all creative outputs
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and visual concepts
• Support creation of onboarding visuals, SOP explainers and internal communication materials.
• Collaborate with content and design interns to ensure consistent campaign execution.
• Design social media graphics, banners, presentations, and digital marketing assets for various platforms.
• Assist in creating short-form video content, reels, and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
• Organize creative assets and maintain project files to support efficient campaign execution.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation or related field
• Basic understanding of motion graphics, video editing and visual composition
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent creative tools is considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow brand guidelines
• Creative mindset with interest in storytelling and campaign design
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Internship duration must be a minimum of 3 months (6 months is highly preferred)
• Must complete the internship before the end of their academic programme
