As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive Office Management Intern to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Role Overview
As an Office Management Intern, you'll support the smooth running of our office and administrative functions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks — with exposure to real office systems and digital tools used across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day office administration, including supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep
- Support the use of Lark (Base, Approval flows) for administrative workflows, including testing new processes as they're rolled out
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for office documents
- Liaise with building management, suppliers, and service providers as needed
- Take on ad hoc projects related to office process improvement (eg: Sourcing new vendors)
- Labelling office equipment (Asset Tagging Management)
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and general office software
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus, given regional operations)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable learning new software tools (e.g., Lark, Google Workspace)
- Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to office administration or facilities management
- Interest in process automation or workflow tools (e.g., bots, approval systems)
- Interest in the motorcycle/automotive industry
