IHP is offering Internship Program to all final year students that requires to undergo internship.

We offer opportunity to learn and develop in respective area of studies.

Scope of Responsibilities

Support HRBP functions to align HR solutions with business needs.
Handle recruitment, including screening candidates and conducting interviews.
Develop and improve HR policies and procedures.
Collect and analyze data for employee engagement activities.
Identify training needs and coordinate with external training providers.
Manage office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• Internship duration(s): 3 months or above.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
