Responsibilities
Aura Tec Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set or partial accounts
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and clients
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and organizational skills
