Responsibilities
* Welcome parents, students, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp).
* Provide information about programmes, schedules, fees, and promotions.
* Handle customer enquiries and follow up with prospective parents.
* Address basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
* Manage and update the company’s social media platforms, including:
* TikTok
* Xiaohongshu (RED)
* Create or assist in creating simple promotional content and posts.
* Perform general administrative and data-entry duties.
