Super A Sports is a growing tennis and pickleball specialty store in Singapore. We are passionate about helping players improve their game through professional racket stringing, expert equipment advice and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Racket Stringer & Retail Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Racket Stringing
Perform professional tennis racket stringing according to customer's requirements
Inspect rackets for damage before and after stringing
Recommend suitable strings, tensions and setups based on customer's playing styles
Maintain high quality workmanship and consistency in all stringing jobs
Keep stringing equipment clean, calibrated and in good working condition
Record customer stringing preferences and service history
Retail Operations
Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
Recommend rackets, strings, shoes, grips, bags, pickleball paddles and accessories
Process sales transactions and manage POS systems
Assist customers with racket demonstrations and product comparisons
Support inventory management, stock replenishment and merchandising
Coordinate racket pick-up and delivery arrangements when required
Requirements
Passion for tennis and/or pickleball
Prior racket stringing experience is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical skills
Friendly, customer-oriented personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a small growing team
Able to commit minimum 3 days a week and 4 hours a day
Able to start work on short notice preferred
