Requirements

  1. Candidate at least a student of Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field.
  2. Familiar with social media platforms (eg. Tiktok, RED(XHS), Facebook, Instagram, Lemon8)
  3. Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in others languages is an advantage. 
  4. Creative mindset and responsible
  5. Knowledge in basic designing / video editing software is a plus
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable evidence of ability to generate content.
  7. Detailed oriented and a creative problem solver.
  8. Strong project management and execution abilities.

Responsibilities

 

Job description:

We are looking that person are follows the trends, active social media, good attitude and can work as a team.

  1. Social Media
    -Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
    -Create engaging text, image and video content.
    -Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products.
    -Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and followers
    -Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering social media platforms traffic and customer engagement metrics.
  2. Event and PR Assistance
    - Managing and executive projects from the launch event / promotional events as assigned by Marketing Manager.
    -Assist to oversee / coordinate the operation during the event (handling RSVP, registration counter)
    -KOLs and media engagement for events / marketing campaigns / new product launch.-
  3. UGC Content Management
    - Identify, scout, and onboard relevant micro-influencers and content creators to
    produce authentic UGC aligned with brand objectives.
    -Build and manage a database/pool of KOLs and UGC creators, maintaining strong ongoing relationships.
    -Develop clear content brief and campaign guidelines for UGC creators across online and offline marketing campaigns.
    -Review, quality-check and provide feedback on UGC videos and content to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
    -Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to integrate UGC into broader campaign executions.
    -Prepare post-campaign reports and insights to optimize future UGC strategies and creator collaborations.
    -Stay updated on UGC trends, social media formats, and emerging creator platforms to continuously improve content impact.
