Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or other relevant engineering field.
- Have own vehicle for occasional onsite visit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Minimum internship period required: 4 months.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documents for customer submissions according to NPDS schedules.
- Maintain and organize quality documentation, including PSW (Part Submission Warrant), Control Plans, FMEA, and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Support the review of supplier submissions to ensure completeness and compliance with requirements.
- Participate in supplier quality reviews and joint inspections to verify product and process quality.
- Assist in the review and validation of Supplier PFMEA, Quality Control Plans (QCP), and Process Flow documentation.
- Support supplier Process and Capacity Audits, where applicable.
- Maintain documentation related to internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of Design Verification Plans and Reports (DVP&R).
- Support the review and documentation of product testing results and reports.
