Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Accounting
    • Finance
    • Office Management
    • Human Resource Management
    • Business Management
    • or related disciplines
  • Minimum internship duration of 3 months.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

At HORVIN Construction Sdn Bhd, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing construction company. This internship offers exposure to administrative operations, finance, procurement, payroll support, document management, and project administration while working alongside experienced professionals.

You'll play an important role in ensuring our business operations run smoothly while developing valuable skills that are applicable across many industries.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with daily administrative and office operations.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company records and documents.
  • Support data entry and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and payment records.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Assist with expense tracking, filing, and financial documentation.
  • Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Support procurement and supplier documentation.
  • Perform general office administration and other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
  • Work closely with the administration, finance, and project teams.
