Job Scope

• Led requirements gathering and documentation of business needs into system requirement specifications (SRS), working closely with regulatory users and technical teams.
• Align all stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are adequately gathered and defined.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications, user stories and models for developers and testers
• Perform gap analysis to complete the clients’ business requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation on business input and translation into visual models (Business domain model, process flow diagrams, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, data models, and wireframes).
• Coordinate with development team and support team to analyse and fix root cause issues, as needed.
• Perform system end-to-end testing to validate and ensure the system meets the requirement specifications.
• Involvement in the system integration testing phase prior to implementation.
• Develop test scripts and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Perform SIT, UAT, migration rehearsals, business acceptance, operational readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Conduct end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.
• Translate user requirements and communicate to development / Support team to IT solutions.

Requirement

• Experienced in playing business analyst role in domestic payment application project
• Experienced in application or software development; preferably in Payments, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Core Banking.
• Experience in payments application or software modernization and development, Payment Hub implementation, ISO 20022 adoption, domestic transfer modernization, or payments operations transformation.
• Understanding of Finastra GPP, or experience payment application or software development, implementation, modernization, design, and technical requirements analysis using GPP.
• Experienced in driving and implementing UI/UX digital modernization
• Project focused on Vietnam domestic payment application development, hence, experience in Vietnam payment system development is preferred
• Experience coordinating with vendors, system integrators, product teams, and operations teams
• Experience in business requirements definition, Fit-Gap analysis, target-state process design, issue management, UAT support, and business migration support.
• Strong ability to create client-facing deliverables, executive materials, and project management documents using PowerPoint and Excel.
