We are looking for a motivated and personable Clinical Assistant to join our team. This is a front-of-house and clinical support role — you will be the first point of contact for our patients and a key part of delivering an exceptional clinic experience. No prior experience is required; full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

•     Greet and assist patients throughout their visit

•     Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and follow-ups

•     Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to clinical standards

•     Assist the doctor during aesthetic and wellness procedures

•     Handle clinic inventory, consumables, and stock management

•     Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

•     Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions

•     Uphold patient confidentiality and clinic protocols at all times

What We’re Looking For

•     Fluent in English (written and spoken)

•     Warm, professional, and patient-centred attitude

•     Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail

•     Comfortable working in a clinical environment

•     Prior customer service or healthcare experience is a plus but not required

•     EP candidates may be considered

Employment Details

•     Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

•     Work Week: 5.5 days per week

•     Salary: SGD 1,800 – 2,200 per month (commensurate with experience)

•     Yearly performance bonus (subject to clinic performance)
