Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, or related field. Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to communicate effectively and work well with cross-functional departments.
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
Job Descriptions
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in production.
- Inspect incoming raw materials. Ensure FIFO were carried out properly for raw materials.
- Monitor Critical control points (CCPs) for each product.
- Monitor temperature for storage area. Inspect end products before send to customer.
- Ensure traceability and FIFO of end products are in place.
- Monitor cleanliness inside production.
- Monitor export process; ensure quality and expiry date of raw materials according to specification.
- Support implementation of food safety program including GMP, HACCP and FSSC 22000 For student Halal Management course, assist in handling and implementation of Halal Management System.
- Support activities related to food safety, food quality and halal assurance to ensure regulatory and certification compliance.
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
