Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. POST JOB ADVERTISEMENTS ON RECRUITMENT PLATFORMS AND SOCIAL MEDIA.
2. SCREEN RESUMES AND SHORTLIST SUITABLE CANDIDATES.
3. ARRANGE INTERVIEW SCHEDULES WITH CANDIDATES AND HIRING MANAGERS.
4. REPLY TO CANDIDATE ENQUIRIES IN A PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY MANNER.
5. MAINTAIN AND UPDATE RECRUITMENT RECORDS, EMPLOYEE FILES, AND HR DOCUMENTATION.
6. ASSIST WITH FILING AND GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES.
7. SUPPORT THE HR TEAM DURING OPEN INTERVIEWS, RECRUTIMENT EVENTS,
AND AD HOC HR ACTIVITIES.
8. PERFORM ANY OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED BY THE HR DEPARTMENT.
REQUIREMENTS
1. CURRENTLY PURSUING A DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, PSYCHOLOGY OR A RELATED FIELD.
2. GOOD COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
3. PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE APPLICATIONS.
4. DETAIL ORIENTED, ORGANIZED AND ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY.
5. ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT.
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
