We are looking for talented & driven individuals to join RunCloud’s team! This is a dynamic opportunity that will give the employee the breadth of various facets within the operation function in a fast paced, fun and energizing environment. The role is expected to provide administrative and operational support to the OpsTeam, assisting in day-to-day administration and human resource activities within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operational activities in OpsTeam.
  • Promote culture-related activities or initiatives across the organization.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining job descriptions, expectations, and other employee details.
  • Handle administration tasks such as confirmation of employees, employee master data maintenance, employment letters, etc.
  • Coordinate employee wellness events and activities on all levels and monitor and enhance employees’ morale and productivity.
  • Facilitate good communication among employees at different levels.
  • Screening potential employees' resumes and applications, scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates.
  • Assisting with new hire orientation and participating in any HR-related training.
  • Assisting in handling or applying government incentives for the Company and ensure continuous and in ongoing process.
  • Maintain office equipment and stationery and handle technical issues in the respective areas of expertise.
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
  • Perform a variety of general administrative tasks.
  • Additional ad hoc assignment assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be ongoing student of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource/ Finance or Account/ Administration or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good understanding, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
  • Able to communicate confidently, active and extrovert person will be a plus point
  • This internship will be based in Cyberjaya

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
