Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Intern to support our Finance department in daily operations.
Job Type: Internship
Start Date: 21st July 2026
Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm
Off days: Sunday and Monday
Responsibilities:
- To download bank statement for funds received via Cash Deposit Machines and upload to Instapay's portal on a timely manner
- To process refunds to customers
- To verify amounts received in the bank accounts
- To check and reply e-mails for finance related enquiries
- To perform account validation for new customers
- To perform bank reconciliation
- To assist in filing and other ad-hoc matters
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Fast learner & able to act on initiative.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, multi-tasking & able to work as a team.
