We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Admin Assistant to support operations at our Student Care and Tuition Centre (Tiong Bahru). This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with parents and students, and ensuring smooth centre operations in a dynamic educational environment.
Job Description
• Handle front desk operations including enquiry management, student registration, and attendance tracking
• Coordinate class schedules, maintain accurate student records, and process administrative documentation
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and teaching staff regarding centre programmes and updates
• Support centre operations including inventory management, billing processes, and facility maintenance coordination
Job Requirements
• Able to work every Sundays 9am-3pm, preferably minimum period of 6 months
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; experience in education sector is advantageous
Comfortable working with children and parents in a multicultural environment
