Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in administration or accounting
• Knowledge of accounting software and Google Workspace applications
• Familiar with payroll processing and statutory requirements
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AutoCount, Zoho, or other accounting systems
• Basic knowledge of HR and administrative procedures
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Basic bookkeeping and data entry (invoices, expenses, payments)
• Assist with monthly accounts, reconciliations & financial tracking
• Should be knowledgeable on corporate internet banking and invoicing system
• Handle statutory submissions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST, and other government-related filings
• Manage staff claims
• Support account filing and assist external accountants when required
• Maintain proper filing and documentation records
• Maintain office supplies, equipment and general office upkeep
