REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Final year students or Mid-year students
• Strong in Microsoft office
• Effective communicator and problem-solver

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks
•  Support data entry and document filing
• Help prepare business reports, documents, filtering candidates, claims and so on
• Coordinate with different departments as needed
• Liaise with vendor for stock ordering (stationery, pantry, etc.)
• Assist with any HR ad hoc.
