About the Role

As an Operations Intern at CapBay, you will be the backbone of the company's daily functions. You'll work closely with the team to ensure smooth end-to-end operational processes. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and wants to gain practical experience in the day-to-day workings of a leading FinTech company. 

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operation matters including disbursement checking (monitoring of pre-disbursement conditions and post-disbursement conditions) ensuring all standards and requirements are met. 
  • Perform verifications with paymasters and suppliers. 
  • Recording verification site-visits, ensuring site-visit verification reports are delivered, and scrutinizing the report provided ensuring it meets the standards and requirements placed. 
  • Ensuring trackers (collateral monitoring, contract trackers, etc) are up to date.
  • Responsible for loan disbursement to ensure deliverables are achieved within the service standard. 
  • Help with data maintenance by compiling, creating, and updating data in the database and system to ensure data completeness and accuracy. 
  • Perform disbursement checking and ensure that all documents are accurate, completed, in order, and in compliance.
  • Follow up on operational matters and ensure all actions have been taken and completed by related parties. 
  • Undertake various special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
