Payroll and Benefit Support (Non-Confidential)

• Assist in checking staff payroll-related submissions.
• Support benefit administration tasks such as preparing documents for enrolment, changes, or termination of benefit programs.
• Liaise with Finance on document flow or claim/payment status (if required).

Time and Attendance

• Provide support to staff on attendance and leave-related queries.
• Assist in updating records or corrections in the HR system (e.g., shift, roster, or leave adjustments) after HR team guidance.

Staff Claim

• Support the verification of claim entries in the HR system against supporting documents
• Flag discrepancies for HR team review and ensure proper filing in the system.

Performance Management

• Provide support during the performance review cycle (if it falls within the internship period).
• Assist in sending reminders or notifications to employees and managers.
• Help HR track pending or overdue submissions in the system.
