Position: Operations Support Intern

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the General Manager.
• Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action lists.
• Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and internal meeting arrangements.
• Help compile reports, presentations, and basic business documents for management review.
• Track ongoing tasks and follow up with relevant teams on assigned action items.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining structured records for management-related documentation.
• Support ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizens currently enrolled as full-time students at a recognised tertiary institution (in Malaysia or abroad), and completing their internship in Malaysia.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree students are preferred).
• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months (6 months is highly preferred).
• Must be able to complete the internship before the end of their academic programme.
