• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field. 
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or other languages will be an added advantage. 
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office is an advantage. 
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Summary

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, conducting market research, managing social media, and assisting with promotional activities. This role is suitable for a student or fresh graduate who wants hands-on experience in marketing, branding, digital media, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. 
• Support content creation for social media, websites, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials. 
• Help manage and update company social media platforms. 
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, customer behaviour, and campaign performance. 
• Assist with basic graphic design, copywriting, photo/video content, and marketing presentations. 
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, or agencies when required. 
• Track and compile marketing data, leads, engagement reports, and campaign results. 
• Support administrative tasks related to marketing activities. 
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
