Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Service Intern to support our daily enquiries, candidate communication, walk-in handling, and follow-up work.

This role is suitable for students who enjoy speaking to people, are comfortable using WhatsApp and phone calls, and are willing to learn how to handle different types of candidates, workers, clients, and visitors.

Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Respond to enquiries politely, clearly, and professionally.
  • Assist with basic candidate screening, registration, appointment arrangement, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with candidates, workers, clients, employers, and visitors when required.
  • Assist with interview arrangements, briefing sessions, and simple coordination work.
  • Follow up on pending documents, missing information, attendance, and next steps.
  • Update basic records, forms, and trackers accurately.
  • Support customer service, communication, and operational tasks as assigned.
