HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) INTERN - IMMEDIATE INTAKE

Position: Human Resources Intern
Department: Human Resources (HR)

Internship Overview

This internship gives students a chance to learn real working experience in the Human Resources field. Students will see how real HR work is done in a company and learn new skills in a working environment.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily office and administrative work in the HR department.
• Help organize and keep employee files and HR documents.
• Help prepare letters, reports, and HR documents.
• Enter and update employee data in the system.
• Help in recruitment process, interview arrangement, and onboarding if needed.
• Help check and update employee attendance records.
• Do any tasks given by supervisor or management from time to time.
• Follow company rules and policies during internship.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Open to students doing internship as part of their studies.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to adapt to new working environment and willing to learn.
• Can work independently and also in a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, and positive attitude.

Allowance

• Meal allowance will be given based on daily attendance, according to company policy.
