Job Description:
Assist in the daily store operations, including sales, merchandise display, cashiering, customer service, gift-wrapping, orders packing, safety and upkeep of store.
Assist in maintaining a well-stocked and neat store appearance.
Assist customer with product choices, promoting products, selling and upselling products, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Understanding, implementing, and advising customers on current promotions and customer loyalty program.
Act quickly to address customer concerns and provide resolutions.
Assist customer in a smooth payment and check out process.
Performing out-of-stock, quality, and expiry checks.
Price tagging and ensuring price ticket accuracy.
Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure the store’s cleanliness and tidiness.
Support store projects, duties or tasks as required from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, fast learner and able to multi-task.
Able to work retail shifts and late hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Able to commit 3 to 5 days per week.
Work Location:
You will be assigned to one of our stores at: United Square, Suntec City and Waterway Point.
