We are looking for enthusiastic and driven interns to join our team in various departments, including Deal Advisory, Corporate Secretarial Services, and Accounting. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure and training in business consulting, client servicing, and corporate compliance while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting and finance operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and document preparation
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and accounting schedules
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Assist with checking and verifying financial data for accuracy and completeness
- Support month-end closing activities and other accounting-related tasks
- Assist the finance team with general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or related fields
- Strong interest in accounting and finance operations
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
- Good written and communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software such as XERO or QuickBooks is an added advantage
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months

General Requirements
- Internship must be based in Melaka; this is a work-from-office position.
