Responsibilities

Internship Opportunities at Agilience Consulting Pte Ltd (Melaka Office) 

Join our dynamic team and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced professional services environment! We are looking for enthusiastic and driven interns to join our team in various departments, including Deal Advisory, Corporate Secretarial Services, and Accounting. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure and training in business consulting, client servicing, and corporate compliance while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily accounting and finance operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and document preparation
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and accounting schedules
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
  • Assist with checking and verifying financial data for accuracy and completeness
  • Support month-end closing activities and other accounting-related tasks
  • Assist the finance team with general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or related fields
  • Strong interest in accounting and finance operations
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
  • Good written and communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software such as XERO or QuickBooks is an added advantage
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
