You will monitor hotel premises, respond to security incidents, conduct regular patrols, and work closely with various departments to uphold the highest standards of safety and guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, associates, visitors, and assets.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, equipment, and security systems.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, incidents, alarms, and guest assistance requests.
• Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences.
• Control access to restricted areas and manage visitor and contractor entry procedures.
• Assist in implementing emergency response and evacuation procedures when required.
• Coordinate with hotel departments and external authorities on security-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and security protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible and approachable security presence.

Your Profile:

• Shift will be Friday & Saturday only.
• Work Hours: 10pm - 7am
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in security, hospitality, or a related field.
• Possess a valid Security Officer licence issued by the relevant authorities in Singapore.
• Strong observation, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Customer-focused with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic computer literacy in MS Office applications and incident reporting systems.
• Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be an advantage.
• WSQ security certifications and relevant safety training will be preferred
