Commercial Operations Intern

• To assist in all operational matters in the Commercia Operations team. 
• To monitor daily, weekly and monthly revenue performance, and come up with action plans to achieve the targets set. 
• To create offers for the Sales Team and advertise the products in the marketplace. 
• To solve various issues that arise from all aspects (internally or externally) by getting along with team members from different departments for launching smooth services. 
• To communicate with partners for new business opportunities as well as to follow-up the service launching status. 
• Preparations of presentation materials and present proposals to internal and external stakeholders. 
• Negotiate terms and conditions with stakeholders. 
• To establish and maintain good business relationships with the service providers. 
• To constantly keep alert and ensure no service interruption, and solve the interruption on issues as soon as possible. 
• To conduct in depth market research, along with the analysis of market trends to identify the areas which can be improved to enhance competitive advantages.
• Verify settlement reports to ensure the Finance department can issue client and partner invoices accurately and on time.
• Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting user/client issues effectively.
