Responsibilities
Focus Area: Renovation Liaison & Stakeholder Coordination
Location: Sea Park Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Internship Type: Full-Time Internship
We are looking for a Business Administration Intern to support our team in project coordination, renovation liaison, stakeholder communication, and daily administrative operations.
This role is suitable for students who want hands-on experience in business administration, project follow-up, site coordination, documentation, and working with multiple parties such as contractors, building management, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating renovation-related matters with contractors, suppliers, and building management
Support communication and follow-ups with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal teams
Prepare and organise documents, letters, quotations, reports, checklists, and meeting notes
Assist in tracking renovation progress, timelines, pending tasks, and required approvals
Coordinate site visit schedules, meetings, and follow-up actions
Maintain proper filing of project documents, invoices, permits, and correspondence
Support the management team in daily administrative and operational tasks
Assist in preparing presentation materials, proposals, and basic project updates
Requirements:
Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Marketing, or related field
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to use Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Responsible, organised, proactive, and willing to learn
Able to follow up with different parties professionally
Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
Interest in renovation, property, events, operations, or project coordination will be an added advantage
