Job Description

• Assist in the implementation and rollout of a new Smart QC Management System.
• Support data migration, validation, and system testing to ensure data accuracy.
• Help maintain quality records and documentation in compliance with company standards.
• Assist in physical sorting and organization of retention stock.
• Support completion and review of QC paperwork and documentation.
• Organize, sort, and dispose of obsolete folders and materials in QC laboratories.
• Provide general assistance in audit preparation and laboratory housekeeping.
• Collaborate with the QC team to ensure a smooth transition from manual processes to the new digital platform.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution (Science-related disciplines preferred).
• Internship/Industrial Training is required as part of the academic programme.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and general digital tools).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
