We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to support the marketing team in lead management, contact database development, seasonal design materials, and social media content management. This role is suitable for students or fresh graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, content coordination, and customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leads Dispatch
Assist the marketing team in managing incoming leads from different marketing channels and ensuring leads are properly distributed to the relevant sales or business teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Review and organize incoming marketing leads.
- Dispatch leads to the correct sales representatives or business units.
- Track lead assignment status and follow up where necessary.
- Support lead data checking to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain proper records of dispatched leads for reporting purposes.
2. New Contact Hunting & Upload
Support the team in identifying new potential customer contacts and maintaining an updated contact database.
Responsibilities include:
- Research and identify potential new contacts from target industries, companies, events, online sources, and professional platforms.
- Verify basic contact information such as company name, job title, email, phone number, industry, and location.
- Upload new contacts into the company’s CRM or internal database.
- Ensure contact information is accurate, clean, and properly categorized.
- Support database improvement and contact enrichment activities.
3. Design Seasonal Greeting Card
Assist in creating simple marketing design materials for seasonal greetings and customer engagement.
Responsibilities include:
- Design greeting cards for festive seasons, company events, campaigns, and customer appreciation activities.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure the design follows company branding guidelines.
- Prepare design materials for email, social media, and internal communication usage.
- Make basic amendments based on feedback from the team.
- Support other simple visual design tasks when required.
4. Social Media Content Management
Support the planning, preparation, and coordination of social media content across company platforms.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in preparing social media captions, visuals, and posting schedules.
- Coordinate content updates for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or other company social media channels.
- Monitor basic engagement performance such as likes, shares, comments, and inquiries.
- Support content organization, file management, and posting records.
- Assist in brainstorming content ideas for campaigns, product highlights, events, and employer branding.
